About This Product:
*Spins 360 degrees, with speeds of 40 turns per second. Much  faster than competitors speeds.
*Rechargeable
*Comes with a bag to hold the charger, and electric file, and brush  for traveling on the go.
*Comes with an replaceable filing head.
*Has two speeds to use while filing

Directions On How To Use:
*Wash and clean the feet, then fully dry
*Rotate the skin, back & forth, side to side for a few seconds. Do  not press down hard. The unit will stop if pressed down too hard. 
*Rinse the skin when done.
*Apply Lotion to area that was treated

Directions On How To Clean:
*Clean after each use for better performance each time
*Remove the grinding head and rinse under water to clean. Wipe  dry.
*Clean the unit with the brush that came with the unit.

*Replace the grinding head back on the unit

I really, really liked this review! I have arthritis and cannot file my feet very good at all because of the pain I have in my hands. But this was super easy for me to use. And it works really well, on my feet. They have become very smooth. I love that I can recharge it and not use batteries. I also love the little bag that I can put everything in for when I am on the go. Super handy.
