I was selected to test and review for free in exchange for an unbiased opinion this "Elite Thermogenic Fat Burner Capsules" from Vitamin Elite. I take 3 capsules a day, 1 at each meal, 60 mins before. I really feel like I have had a decrease in appetite, and an increase in energy. I really like that I do not feel jittery or jumpy either. I have a goal to lose about 5-8 pounds and I believe this will help me reach that goal. I have been taking it for about 13 days so far.
